CESARE. 
When I came out with this little Pinoy character for the paper, everybody started asking me who was my inspiration. I'd have to say the title gives me away already. I patterned the character after our KABAYAN webmaster, Cesar Gabat. Cesar is one of the very few people I know whose simplicity defies their inherent and astounding intelligence.

I patterned the character after our KABAYAN webmaster, Cesar Gabat. Cesar is one of the very few people I know whose simplicity defies their inherent and astounding intelligence. It's pretty hard to make me laugh but with Cesar's witty jokes, I crumble. And so Cesare was conceived with him in mind.
But who is CESARE? He is the typical FIlipino trying to adjust to his new environs - he's a pretty Americanized guy (having come from the Philippines) but upon arriving in Milan, he decided to turn "European" and forget his as-yet unrevealed and troubled past.
I used the penname WATOTS and KRYZ for quite personal reasons. Shout-out to you, best bud!
